Questions practitioners ask
How much does it cost to join Jeni?
Creating an account, building your profile, and getting listed are free. You set your own consultation rates and receive payouts for the appointments you deliver.
Who can join?
Any licensed health professional or facility working in or alongside reproductive, maternal, and family health. That includes doctors, midwives, nurses, pharmacists, lab scientists, dietitians, mental health professionals, clinics, hospitals, labs, and pharmacies. Students can join too.
How does verification work?
After you complete your profile, you submit your professional details for review. Verified practitioners and facilities get a badge on the Jeni app so clients know they are booking a trusted provider.
Can my facility manage several practitioners?
Yes. Facilities get an organisation workspace where you can invite team members, assign roles, list services, and manage appointments and orders across the team.
How do I get paid?
Clients pay through the app when they book. You can track your earnings and request payouts to a mobile money wallet or bank account from your dashboard.
Do I have to be listed on the app to use the clinical tools?
No. The upcoming clinical tools are being built for practitioners whether or not they choose to be listed on the Jeni app. Join the waitlist to get early access.
